We converted a 1970's Comfort Inn to a Best Western Plus.  This property has won multiple awards from Best Western and has consistently performed in all key indices since being repositioned.

AIDEN BY BEST WESTERN

West Yarmouth MA

COMPLETE RENOVATION AND REBRANDING. 
Cape Point Hotel in Yarmouth, MA was an aging property 1 mile to the beach.  We partnered with Best Western International to open the second Aiden by Best Western in the continental United States

 Converted hotel to Hampton Inn by Hilton.  Hotel was repositioned in Pawtucket, RI market to achieve positive guests, revenue, and profit indexes for ownership.
